Reflecting on the processes of how our group has created the previous assignments is very important for our success within the course and our final project. By doing this, we are not only able to increase our own self-awareness but get a better understanding of each group member. Reflecting has made it evident that our group has worked very well together throughout the project. Describing the specific roles of each member, how the roles have changed, leadership styles, problem-solving skills, the climate of the group, and overcoming what hindered our group, made it clear that our group has developed confidently thus far.
